Are all of these accounts yours (not stolen, cracked, etc)?
Yes, nearly 95% of all the accounts we have listed are registered by our workers and we’re the only ones that know all the info about them. Exceptions are MMR accounts above 4000 MMR, those we resell from trusted sources so there is nothing to worry about.
How and how fast do I receive the account details?
You receive the account details to your email and to your Customer Area page as soon as your payment is cleared in the G2A Pay system. Make sure to check both
Can I change email/password on the newly purchased account?
Yes, you can. Here is a guide on how to do that! Click to see the guide!
Do I need to purchase a SIM card in order to play ranked?
No, you don’t have to. The accounts come with a SIM card already registered in the matchmaking system.

Is this safe? I’m worried about VAC ban on my account!
It’s totally safe. We work with our boosters for more than 4 years and all of them have Global Elite Rank and Faceit Level 8.
Is my account safe? Do I need to remove steam guard in order to disable trading?
It’s 100% safe. We will never touch any of your items. Even if we wanted to we would still need your confirmation on the mobile guard. Without mobile guard linked any trade is on hold for 15 days and you will notice it.
Can I play with you guys?
Yes you can, for that you need to select “SELFPLAY” in the boost price calculator.
How does it work? Do you get matched against your own account in Matchmaking?
Absolutely not. We do not use any MM abuse. We are matched against other human players on servers.
Is my payment info safe?
Yes it is. We use G2A payment processor that uses encryption system so your money are always safe. On top of this we have a SSL certificate on site that means all the data you’re sharing with us won’t be seen by anyone else.
How soon will you start working on my order?
You can submit your account details from your Customer Area page.
How do I know that the order is complete?
You will receive a notification via email and in the Customer Area your boosting order will be marked as complete with a screenshot attached as proof.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order and get a refund if the boost hasn’t been started. In other cases cancellation isn’t possible and you can just request to have your account back without refund.
